For each email you send, Mailchatter provides a full, easy-to-read diagnostic report to help you analyse the success of that particular campaign. Don't worry - a degree in statistics is not required and you won't be reading thousands of words either! The reports are visual, including maps, tables and simple graphs.
Our reports provide useful overview information as well as enabling you to quickly drill down into the detail of your campaign's success. From these reports you will be able to monitor the percentage of opens, clicks and bounces, delving down into the detail of who opened, when they opened and where they were. Within seconds you will be able to see which of the links you embedded in your email were 'clicked', which links were the most popular and the type of links that you customers seem to prefer, be that picture links, call-to-arms buttons or text links.

Our click-and-drag email templates enable you to design handsome email layouts that are fully responsive. What does this mean? That the emails you create will work equally well when viewed on a desktop or on a mobile phone.

We know that a picture can go a long way to selling an idea or product or in conveying a key message. Mailchatter emails can be as visual as you want to make them!
You'll enjoy the range of editing tools available in our non-nonsense image editing suite. Upload the images you want to use in an email and then resize, crop and rotate to suit your needs. Perhaps you want to lighten the image? Adjust the sharpness? Enhance a certain feature of the image? You can add text, illustration and a frame if you so wish.
And, once you are happy that you have rendered a compelling image, make it 'clickable' to drive traffic and interest to a particular page or offer you are promoting.
In Mailchatter you can easily upload and store the images you want to use in your email campaign, either from your computer or from a URL. And we don't restrict the number of images or photos you can store in your account. That means you can save images that you want to use in future emails and then easily access them at a later date. You can also save any images that you have edited.
And, if you should want to change an image that you have already used in another email campaign? No problem. Mailchatter will enable you to edit an image without affecting the way it appears in the original email that you drafted.
When your email campaign is scheduled it is sent out over a 24 hour period. This enables our system to 'notice' when a contact opens your email. As this data builds up, Mailchatter can use each contact's individual 'open history' to send future emails when they are most likely to be opened.
So, if one of your customers tends to sit down mid-morning with a cuppa and open their emails, Mailchatter will learn this about them and send future email campaigns to them around this time when they are more likely to open your email and have time to engage with it.
Of course, the more times you send to a particular contact, the more detailed their personal history will be and the more intelligent our system becomes.
Each email campaign that you send can be linked to Google Analytics, if you wish. This will give you the ability to track the success of your campaigns directly in your Google Analytics dashboard.
We automatically add authentification to all messages sent through MailChatter, to help you prove that your email isn't forged or SPAM. However, you can opt for our 'Advanced Sending' option which enables you to add SPF and DKIM records to your sending domain(s). Adding SPF allows you to add a file or record which the receiving server can cross-check. DKIM embed information within your email, making it harder to forge and thus making your email seem more 'reliable' to recipient servers.
Adding SPF and DKIM is strongly recommended for better deliverability.
You can add this service to your package or account for a one-off charge.
When you schedule a campaign to send on Mailchatter, you have the option to resend the same email to 'non-opens' at a later date and time. So, if you schedule the initial send for 12:45pm on a Tuesday, you could schedule a resend of the same email to those recipients who did not open the original email at 12:00pm the following day.
What if the subject line of your original email wasn't catchy enough for a particular group of your customers and that's why they didn't open it? When you schedule the resend, you can alter the subject of the email to entice the non-opens.
