Upload and edit images

Images are everything to the success of your marketing campaign. Inserting an image into your MailChatter email couldn't be easier. Upload images to MailChatter from your own computer or directly from a URL in seconds. Our software will automatically resize the image ready to inset into your campaign. Use our handy, straightforward editing suite to get your images looking just right: crop them, adjust the brightness, the sharpness, the orientation, or add a frame. You can even draw on an image before saving and using it in a campaign. Each image can be made 'clickable' to help drive traffic to your webiste or a particular product. Have fun with your images and make your emails even more compelling!

MailChatter templates

MailChatter offers you an artist's palette of building blocks from which to create emails that truly reflect your style and business. Click and drag from a wide range of pre-formatted sections to build-your-own emails and customize font style, size and colour. Customize the background colour of different sections of your email. Add your logo, social media links and interactive buttons. Re-juggle the sections of your email at any time during the editing process, so that you are entirely happy with the overall structure of the emails you send. It's creative, fun and the results are impressive!

Use HTML

If you're comfortable with using HTML, then our 'Editor' tool is for you. Copy and paste HTML from a previous campaign or write it straight into Editor. Use our WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) window to view how the email will look to your customer and use it to quickly correct any text errors in the body of your email. MailChatter will automatically generate and send a plain text version of your email however you have control over how this plain text will look to your customer. Click on 'Plain Text' to view and format the appearance of the plain text version of your email campaign, ensuring that it is attractive to your customer.
