What is Reputation?
Your reputation is on a scale from 0-100. Any scores above 75 are considered excellent, and any scores below 40 are considered poor. As for the "Unknown" reputation: New users are assigned a reputation number, but it's shown as 'Unknown' in the web application until we have enough information about the account to be confident in the calculation. Reputation is based on factors such as the number of spam complaints & number of soft/hard bounces.
