How do I make a word in my email a link?
Choose the section of text where you would like to insert the first name. Click "Edit" and at the top right of the edit are you will see an "Insert" dropdown. If you have selected/highlighted a word in the text then it will simply ask you for the link of where you would like the customer directed. If you have not selected a word it will ask you for a word/phrase to turn into a link. This word will be inserted wherever the cursor is in the text block.
