Why do my 2 column blocks not line up at the top?
When you add text into a text block in the email template designer please just type or paste in plain text. If you paste html into the text block then it is likely to interfere with the built in HTML engine used by MailChatter. The best way to do this is to use Ctrl-V (paste) to paste the text in and a box is then provided for you to paste the text into. When you click OK, all the formatting is removed and these issues will not appear. The alternative is to copy your text into “Notepad” on windows. This will remove all the formatting. Then simply copy the text again from Notepad and paste into the text block. Again this will stop these issues occurring.
