One of my contacts has clicked the same link a number of times, can this be correct?
We do sometimes see click tracking patterns like this if the link is being shared by the recipient. For example, if they forwarded your email to a mailing list or otherwise shared it. If so, those clicks would be tracked back to the original recipient.
