I don't know how to write HTML and haven't got time to learn! Where should I go in Mailchatter?
Click on 'Emails' on the left hand menu bar and select 'Create New - Template'. You can then choose from one of our pre-designed email templates and get started immediately. These templates are easy to use - you simply type text into boxes. You can even rearrange the sections to change the look and structure of your email as you go along.
